JM: Is there anything else you would want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to jail?
KENNY: Yes, write them and visit them as much as possible. Also buy the
phone time so that they can talk to them.
JM: Is there anything else you would recommend to a future inmate?
KENNY: Kick back and document every day spent in jail with names and
dates and times. Read books, exercise, relax and don't fuss with
anyone or fight anyone and only talk to the officers when you need
to.
